Beeches By The Sea - Banksia Villa 2

Positive: The location was close to the beach close to the shops quiet very clean the bathroom was very user friendly and the shower was excellent best shower ever it's worth the stage just for the shower pressure. I will definitely stay there again the three of us were very happy the kitchen was very user-friendly and had everything we needed in a small space. plenty of towels and bathroom supplies my hat goes off to whoever is managing this property well done great cleaning so clean. The grass space out the front inside the property was fantastic for pets. Being a place that has pets it was exceptionally clean I was very surprised as my dog is poodle and does not malt however there was no animal smell in the house it was exceptionally clean Negative: The only thing I disliked was the fact that we didn't get time to use the barbecue area it looked really good

It was an overnight stay as part of an extended road trip. Just wishes we could have stayed longer! Positive: The cottage was divine. Beautifully appointed, very welcoming and comfortable. And lovely and clean which is important! The location was excellent, close to the beach and also to the shopping strip, cafe's, restaurants and bars. I loved that I could have my dog with me and we respected the quality of the accommodation and ensured we left it as clean and tidy as we found it. Negative: Nothing to add here.

It was a cozy getaway and we enjoyed staying in because the place was so lovely. Positive: It was beautifully decorated and in a great location walking distance to the beach and the town :)

Cosy Cottage on the beach Positive: Cosy little cottage space that felt like a home away from home and only a short still to the pristine beaches! The highlight of the property was the spa experience from the high flow shower, freshly picked flowers and bottle of wine in arrival. We felt very welcome indeed

Dog friendly and walking distance to the beach Positive: A nice little unit within walking distance of the beach, and it’s dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. It’s not right in the middle of the main strip, but still close enough to walk there easily. If you’re after a bit of privacy and a quieter stay, this place is perfect. Lisa was a great host. She was very responsive, and communication was clear and smooth from start to finish. Negative: I wish the property had a vacuum cleaner, as it would’ve made it much easier to do a quick clean. With daily beach trips and a dog, the floor gets sandy and fluffy pretty quickly. 😅😅
